We understand that you have appointments and a life beyond cancer treatment. Based on your individual treatment plans, we’ll try our best to schedule appointments that accommodate your needs.

When arriving for an appointment, please bring a current list of all medications. Also bring any additional medical records that King’s Daughters’ Health may not have on file. This includes test results from facilities other than KDH. In most cases, we receive this information without delay, but it’s always helpful for us to have a complete medical profile. If you have questions, talk to one of our cancer team members. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring any personal items that might be helpful, including a book, iPod, iPad, etc.

Patient navigators

It's common for cancer patients to have a lot of questions. Julie Wehner and Candace Sigmon, BSN, OCN, serve as patient navigators. They provide support, counseling and guidance during the cancer care process. Candace and Julie also help patients and families find and access additional resources as needed. Call the Cancer Center at 812.801.0603 and ask for the patient navigator.
