Thanks to the ongoing efforts of our IT and cybersecurity teams, Norton King’s Daughters’ Health continues to make significant progress toward the restoration of its operational systems, following a cybersecurity event on February 10, 2022.

Here are the latest updates:

• Limited access to our operational systems is scheduled to resume in mid-April;
• Once these initial operations are integrated and functioning, additional systems will be strategically brought back online;
• The process of restoring systems will continue for several weeks, and some systems may require a more lengthy restoration process;
• We are still expecting the arrival of a phone system component that should resolve the remaining challenges with our phone lines.
