Norton KDH Rehabilitation Center will be closed May 25 - May 31

The Norton KDH Rehabilitation Center on Madison's hilltop will be closed for improvements from Wednesday, May 25 through Tuesday, May 31. It will re-open for outpatient therapy care on Wednesday, June 1. The Norton KDH Rehabilitation Center is located at 2760 North Michigan Road in Madison.

Once completed, improvements to the Rehabilitation Center will benefit our patients and the community. Professionals at the Rehabilitation Center specialize in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Scheduled patients have been notified of the closing.
