Norton KDH begins the process of bringing its operational systems back online

Hospital news | Monday, April 11, 2022

Update: Monday, April 11

This week, Norton King’s Daughters’ Health begins the process of bringing its operational systems back online following a cybersecurity event on February 10, 2022. The process to restore all systems will continue for several weeks and will involve a variety of strategic steps. Thank you for your continued patience.

Following are some important notes regarding the initial phase of our restoration process:

  • The MyKDH Patient Portal remains unavailable. Teams are working to bring this system back; however the timeline is not yet known.
  • We are asking patients to wait to contact our Health Information Management (Medical Records) team until the week of April 25. This will allow our Health Information specialists time to update patient records with changes that took place while our systems were offline.
  • We cannot yet accept online payments or complete online transactions - this includes the processing of credit/debit cards and/or HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. Billing questions may be directed to Customer Service at 812-801-0161.
  • Patients are encouraged to contact their primary care provider (physician or nurse practitioner) to verify upcoming appointments and/or to schedule appointments.

Additional updates and information will be provided as the restoration process continues. We encourage you to follow our Facebook page and return to our website for the latest information.
