Man-UP Men's Health Event: Saturday, May 19

The King's Daughters' Hospital Foundation will host its third annual Man Up! Men's Health Event from 7:30 – 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 19 at the main King’s Daughters’ Health campus at 1373 East SR 62, Madison. The FREE event includes health screenings, health information, breakfast, and a keynote presentation by Dr. Ronald Auer. Participants will also have the chance to win a door prize.

To register, contact Madonna Wilson, Foundation Coordinator, at 812.801-0555. Participants may also email Madonna at wilsonm@kdhmadison.org. Registration is required. During the registration process men will be provided a screening time to help reduce waiting. Screenings will be available from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. Dr. Ronald Auer will discuss men’s health tips from 9:15 to 10:00 a.m. Breakfast will be served in the Seasons Café – located just off the main hospital lobby.

FREE Screenings at Man-UP! include:

  • Cholesterol Profile
  • Glucose (Blood Sugar)
  • Blood Pressure
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • PSA (prostate)

Men planning to receive a cholesterol profile and/or glucose screening are encouraged to fast for least eight hours. A variety of additional health information will be available at the event.
