Lisa Blevens, APN joins KDH as Hospitalist

welcomes Lisa Blevens, APN to its medical staff as a member of the Hospitalist team. As a Hospitalist, Blevens cares patients while they are in the hospital, assisting the patient's primary care provider.

Ms. Blevens earned her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Louisville in 2017, following up her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2009. Prior to joining KDH, Blevens worked in the Cardiac Transitional Care Unit at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

During her educational training, Blevens received the President's Outstanding Graduate Award and the Helen C. Marshall Award for Outstanding Leadership from the University of Louisville. A former member of the University of Louisville Rowing Team (2005-2009), Blevens was the Collegiate Rowing Coaches' Association National Scholar Athlete (Division 1) during her tenure.
