KDH welcomes Dr. Gilbert Field to its Medical Staff
King's Daughters' Health welcomes Dr. Gilbert Field to its Medical Staff. Board Certified in General Surgery, Dr. Field comes to KDH from Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City, Indiana. New patient appointments are being accepted by calling 812.801.0840.
Dr. Field will be working with Dr. David Schumacher in the General Surgery office, located on the second floor of the Main Campus Medical Building, 1373 East SR 62, Madison. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Indiana Osteopathic Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Dr. Gilbert Field completed his medical training at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and his Residency at St. John Oakland Hospital in Warren Michigan. He served as an Active Duty member of the United States Air Force at Scott AFB Hospital in Illinois from 2001-2005. He provided Trauma Surgery - special operations corps, Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.
