KDH hosting its 22nd Annual RUN the FALLS 5K on September 26

King's Daughters' Health will host its 22nd annual RUN the FALLS 5K on Saturday, September 26 at Clifty Falls State Park in Madison, Indiana. The 5K begins at 8:00 a.m. Proceeds benefit KDH Girls on the Run.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, KDH has implemented the following safety changes for 2020:
- Registration, packet pick-up and award activities will take place at the Clifty Shelter House - located inside the North Gate entrance off of State Road 62 (Clifty Drive). This will allow us more space to accommodate distancing.
- Restroom facilities are available near the Shelter House; however, no showers will be available.
- Enhanced chip-timing will allow us to start runners and walkers using appropriate social distancing without impacting race times. Each participant's time will not begin until he/she crosses the starting line.
Information regarding the new course for 2020 will be available soon. Please visit our 5K Event Page for the latest updates. This year's event will be an out-and-back course. The course is 3.1 miles on paved roads; there is no trail running. Leashed pets may walk the course with participants.
Early Bird Registration available until September 14
Early bird registration is available through Monday, September 14. The cost is $20 if you want a long-sleeve event shirt or $15 without a shirt. After September 14, registration is $20 without a shirt. A limited number of shirts will be available for sale on race day. Register for Run the Falls.
Awards
Awards will again be presented to both walkers and runners by age group and gender. Awards will also be presented to the top overall male and female finishers.
