Norton KDH Community Update

From all of us at Norton King’s Daughters’ Health, thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding as we continue the process of restoring our operational systems, following a cybersecurity event on February 10, 2022.
Although the restoration process will continue for several weeks, we are making great progress.
Here are the latest updates:
- We are excited to announce the New Patient Request Line is now available as a resource. Patients in need of assistance may call 812.801.8995. Team members are working hard to follow-up on previous requests. If needed, please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
- Following several updates, we believe most of our phone lines are operational.
- Our Health Information Management team is working diligently to be able to provide requested medical records. While we will not be ready to accept requests on Monday, April 25 as originally planned, records should be available soon and we’ll continue to share updates with the community.
- We are actively working to restore the option to make an online payment with a credit/debit and Health Savings Account (HSA) card. Thank you for your patience as we work toward a solution.
Our recovery process remains on schedule and we will maintain an open dialogue about our next steps and new information. If you need to make an appointment, contact your primary care provider. Team members are ready and able to serve you.
