Weekend Prepared Childbirth - June

Weekend Prepared Childbirth is a one-day program the covers the same material as Prepared Childbirth Essentials, a four-part series that meets once a week. Weekend Prepared Childbirth is part of the Maternity and Health Beginnings programs at King's Daughters' Health. The single-day covers a variety of material, including:

  • Labor and Delivery
  • Postpartum Care
  • Newborn Care
  • Cesarean Birth
  • Pain Management
  • Breastfeeding

The course will meet from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 6 in the Conference Center at the hospital, 1373 East SR 62, Madison. There will be a break for lunch; participants may either bring lunch or go to lunch and return. If limitations remain in place due to COVID-19 we will update the status of this event.

The program is FREE to moms who deliver at King's Daughters' Health. There is a $50 fee for moms delivering elsewhere.
