The term "supersize" has become the norm for many food choices. We think bigger is better in terms of value, but bigger isn't always better for our waistlines. Did you know there is a difference in a suggested serving size and your portion size? Learn how to be aware of common foods and drinks that are often over-sized. Learn how to properly measure your portions to help with weight loss.

No RSVP or registration required. If you have questions, contact Heather Foy at 812.801.0175.
