Prepared Childbirth Essentials is part of the Maternity and Healthy Beginnings programs at Norton King's Daughters' Health. The four-week course covers a variety of material, including:

• Labor and Delivery
• Postpartum Care
• Newborn Care
• Cesarean Birth
• Pain Management
• Breastfeeding

The course meets from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday evenings from April 3 - April 24 in the Conference Center at the hospital, 1373 E. State Road 62, Madison.

The program is $50 for patients who deliver at Norton King's Daughters' Health. There is a $100 fee for patients delivering at another hospital.
