When women go through the miracle of pregnancy and childbirth, having a strong rapport with their doctor goes a long way. My passion is bringing support and expertise to people looking to expand their family. In Med School, I became aware of how rewarding it was to connect with other women. By becoming an OB/GYN, I was able to continue that passion while using my own experience of having two boys to help my patients. I’ve always valued compassion as an important skill so that my patients feel heard and at ease. I’ve seen how developing a relationship with patients has led to better care, which is why I strive to get to know my patients on a deeper level.

As an MD, the learning doesn’t stop once your Residency is completed. I am constantly trying to learn new information, techniques and skills to help my patients. In my 16 years’ experience as an OB/GYN there’s always something new to learn for doctors and patients alike.

From shadowing an emergency room physician in high school, I went to finish my undergraduate work at the University of Evansville. I earned my Medical Doctorate at the University of Louisville before completing my Residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis. I love spending time with my family, and the most rewarding part of my job is being there to help support yours.
