Norton King's Daughters' Health emphasizes preventative care and wellness for our Medicare population. This service is provided by our skilled Population Health Nurse team - an extension of your healthcare provider.

Annual Wellness Visits include screening and evaluations for:

Blood pressure
Weight and vision
Depression
Risk of falling
Healthy lifestyles recommendations.
