Every three years, Norton King's Daughters' Health completes a Community Health Needs Assessment to help identify the leading health-related issues facing individuals and families in the communities we serve.

Norton KDH completed its most recent Community Health Needs Assessment in the Fall, 2019. A complete summary and a variety of other links are listed below. Working together, we hope the information gathered during the survey processes will serve as a stepping stone toward better health for everyone.
